uno exceeded my expectations with their comfortable beds, fluffy towels, and well-equipped bathroom. the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the location was nice with good local restaurants nearby. breakfast was not available but they offered a discount at their supermarket.

Comfortable and clean room, with daily linen and towel changes. The staff, especially the girls at the bar, were friendly and cute. The hotel is conveniently located just a minute away from a bus station that takes you to the metro in 10-15 minutes. The breakfast, although limited, was complimentary and provided daily. Despite a couple of drawbacks, I would highly recommend this hotel for its affordable price and great customer service. I had a pleasant stay at Uno.

For the price we paid, we were really surprised by the great value for money at Uno. The room was clean, well-equipped, and had a nice view from the 13th floor.
The morning meal could have been better with more variety and options.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The location was convenient as it was close to the metro station, great to easily explore the city. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and the facilities were great. The breakfast provided a large variety of options, and the staff was friendly and helpful.
For us, it was ideal.

The hotel is conveniently located, with a metro station and tram stops close by. It is easy to travel to the city center, specifically Wenceslas Square, in just 20 minutes. Public transport is easily accessible and convenient for exploring the city.
The hotel is located further away from the city center than expected.
